You will begin by grounding safely in your nervous system, supported and guided by voice, breath, and your own intuition. A masterclass introduces you to the powerful connection between mind & body, and how unconscious patterns shape your life.

Week Two The Heart

Inner Journey 2 — Body Scan & Awareness

Gentle awareness. You'll be guided to scan your body with curiosity & compassion. You will deepen your journey by connecting with your heart, cultivating safety, love & gratitude within — and exploring them through journalling, especially the parts held in the shadow.

Week Three Integration

Inner Journey 3 — Deep Integration

The deepest week. Drawing everything together — nervous system regulation, shadow awareness, and heart connection — into an embodied sense of wholeness and self-trust.

Meet Your Inner Child

This bonus is included but is not to be rushed. When you feel ready — after your 21 days, or partway through — this guided meditation takes you to meet your younger self from a place of deep love and compassion. This is some of the most profound work in the entire journey.

My work lives at the intersection of science and soul. The neuroscience of how we wire and rewire. The psychology of trauma, attachment, identity, shadow. The nervous system as the bridge between the two.

I hear what is unspoken. I have always been able to. Long before I had the language to explain it, I could feel what was underneath — in a room, in a body, in the silence between words.

I was a child in the care system. I lived decades of dysregulation from the inside — not as a concept, but as my life. And then, in the early hours of the 24th of September 2020, in a PICU with my son lying unconscious, something cracked open that couldn't be closed again.

That was the moment I could no longer delay my own healing.

Everything I teach, I have lived. Everything I guide you through, I have walked myself — not around it. Through it. That is the only way I know.

What is the Does The Body Keep The Score Masterclass? +

This is a 1-hour video session that takes you into the science of the nervous system — how it has been shaped by your experiences, how survival responses become habits, and how the body holds what the mind tries to move past. This masterclass is the foundation for the entire 21-day journey and I recommend watching it before you begin Week 1.

Do I need any previous experience? +

No prior experience is necessary. This mini-programme is designed for everyone, whether you're new to this work or have explored similar topics before.

How much time do I need each day? +

Most daily practices take 30–40 minutes. This includes your preparation, meditation and journalling as well as evening reflection, so you can easily fit this into your schedule.

Is this suitable if I have experienced trauma? +

This programme is created by a trauma-informed practitioner and is built around nervous system safety first. We do not rush into anything. That said — if you are currently in acute distress or crisis, please seek active professional support before beginning this work.

What if I miss a day? +

You have lifetime access. Life happens. The most important thing is that you return. Consistency matters — genuine pattern change requires repetition over time — but perfection is not the point. Showing up is.
